We decided to use a different approach at Parchitello Alta. Here architecture blends nature and the difference is not just the unique and prestigious location but also the care for details. The complex has been designed to be man size and unique; its road network is made up mainly of pedestrian and bicycle paths, combined with internal green areas and an external 140.000 square meters private park. The difference has been made thanks to the use of special materials: natural stones for the external villas’ coverings and Alucobond slabs for all apartment blocks, wood and marble floors, teck deck for the swimming pool edges, as well as the employment of handmade windows and doors. These choices have been made even more prestigious as they are guaranteed by the reliability of our artisans, without whom we could not reach such a high quality standard. Whoever chooses to live in this housing complex is looking for a place where to relax away from the job stress or just for vacation. It has been proved that the influence of the environment and of dwellings on us can be positive, therefore the design of every single house must take into account the everyday practicalness.
Because of that, we adopted some precise choices in order to distribute the spaces and make the whole complex both nice to see and functional at the same time. These choices allow the houses’ owners to appreciate their important economical and emotional investment.
